Clear Training Pathways. Delivered the Right Way.
Clear Training Pathways.
Delivered the Right Way.
Kennedy Civil & Rail delivers training across civil construction and rail, with each service designed to meet very different needs.
We don’t take a one-size fits-all approach. How we deliver construction training depends on who we’re working with and what’s required on site.
Our services are built around two clear pillars.
Civil Construction Training
People-Focused. Practical. Built for Real Site Conditions.
Our civil construction services are designed for individuals who want to enter the industry, return to site, or progress through additional skills and responsibility. While we work with people at all stages of their careers, we place a strong focus on supporting women to build confidence and credibility in a male dominated industry.
This training goes beyond tickets alone. We focus on helping people understand site expectations, safety culture, and how to carry themselves professionally on site.
Civil training is suitable for:
- People new to construction
- Those returning to site after time away
- Experienced workers looking to upskil
- Workers seeking additional tickets or licences to increase earning potential
Civil Services Include
Plant tickets and licences
Statements of Attainment
Verification of Competency (VOC)
Upskilling for experienced operators
Mentoring and guidance for women in construction
Our goal is simple: confident, capable people who can walk onto site ready to work.
Rail Training
Professional. Compliant. Contractor-Ready.
Our rail training services are delivered for workers, contractors, and clients who require compliant, professional rail safety training. Kennedy Civil & Rail delivers TMO training in partnership with a Registered Training Organisation**. Our delivery is structured, audit-ready, and aligned with rail authority and Tier 1 contractor expectations. Delivery is structured, audit-ready, and aligned with rail authority and Tier 1 contractor expectations.
We understand that rail environments demand consistency, clear assessment, and strict adherence to standards. Our training reflects those expectations while remaining practical and site-relevant.
Rail training is suitable for:
- Rail workers requiring TMO
- Contractors managing rail compliance
- Clients seeking reliable, professional training delivery
This is rail training delivered with integrity, not shortcuts.
Rail Services Include
TMO (Track Machinery Operator)
Practical, site‑based training

If RPL is suitable, we will guide you through the process honestly. If it is not the right pathway, we will discuss other options to progress your career.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Recognition of Prior Learning is available as a separate pathway for experienced workers who already meet the competency requirements for certain qualifications.
RPL is not the focus of our services, and it is not treated as a shortcut. It is a structured assessment process delivered where appropriate and handled in line with compliance requirements.

- Simplified evidence process, no stress or confusion.
- Save time by skipping training for skills you already have.
- Qualifications recognised nationally under Australian frameworks.
